Terms Agreement

"By creating an account or using any services provided by QR Brand, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms. Please read them carefully."

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the QR Brand platform, website, and services. QR Brand is operated by an independent developer based in Vietnam.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using QR Brand, you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the QR Brand platform.

2. Description of Service

QR Brand is a web application providing customizable static and dynamic QR code generation, scan tracking statistics, and code library management.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time without prior notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of QR Brand, such as saving QR codes to your library or viewing dynamic scan statistics, you must register for an account using your email address or third-party OAuth providers (Google, Facebook).

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You are responsible for all content, URLs, and data encoded in your generated QR codes.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

QR Brand offers a Free tier, alongside premium subscription plans (Pro and Premium) billed on a recurring monthly or yearly basis.

Billing & Merchant of Record

For international payments, QR Brand utilizes Lemon Squeezy as our Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy handles billing, tax collection, and customer payments on our behalf. For domestic Vietnam payments, we use PayOS.

Auto-Renewal & Cancellation

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of the billing period unless canceled. You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Upon cancellation, your access to premium features will continue until the end of your current paid billing period.

5. Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with QR Brand. Our refund terms are as follows:

EU / EEA Users: Under the European Union Consumer Rights Directive, you have a legal right to cancel and request a refund within 14 days of subscribing to any premium tier without giving a reason.

Standard Refund Policy: For non-EU/EEA users, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you encounter any technical issues that prevent you from using the service, please reach out to us within 7 days of purchase.

Requesting a Refund: To request a refund, please contact Lemon Squeezy Support directly through your invoice or send an email to support@qrbrand.cc with your subscription details and order reference.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use QR Brand only for lawful purposes. You must NOT generate QR codes that link to or contain:

Phishing websites, scanning fraud, or identity theft schemes.
Malware, viruses, spyware, or other malicious computer code.
Hate speech, harassment, violence, or illegal content.
Intellectual property infringements.

We reserve the right to immediately suspend your account and deactivate any dynamic QR codes without notice if we detect a violation of our Acceptable Use Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

QR Brand is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uptime, accuracy, or reliability of the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or scans, arising out of your use or inability to use the service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
